Highlights and Details of Each Plan
- Bicchu Kagura Mythological PerformancePlan A Only
- Bicchu Kagura, a traditional art from western Okayama, evolved from Shinto ritual dances into theatrical performances when Edo scholar Nishibayashi Kokkyo adapted ancient mythological stories. Our plan features "Orochi Taiji," a spectacular performance combining dramatic serpent movements, dynamic battle scenes, and stunning traditional costumes.
- Artistic Works Adorning the Interior
- This unique restaurant houses museum-quality treasures including a dragon painting depicting a carp transforming into a dragon as it climbs a waterfall based on the Chinese Dragon Gate legend, a magnificent peacock screen by Edo period painter and Japanese art Kishi school founder Gan Ku, and 400-year-old samurai armor. This remarkable collection of historical and local artworks has earned recognition from Okayama's leading cultural figures, experts, and artists.
- Guided Tour by the Proprietress
